I had taken my celtic wedding ring to be resized at a different jewellers and was told it couldn't be done. I honestly can’t recommend Ainsworth Jewellers enough. ❤️

We bought our wedding rings from Helen and Phil, and from the very beginning they were absolutely wonderful — so helpful, welcoming, charming and genuinely lovely people.

Helen in particular holds a very special place in my wedding journey. Out of all the people I dealt with while planning our wedding, she was one of those rare people who made me feel truly special. She went above and beyond to help me, always made me feel completely at ease and made the whole experience feel personal and memorable.

Then, to make things even more special, Helen and Phil very kindly lent me a beautiful and very expensive pearl necklace and matching earrings for my “something borrowed” on our wedding day. I was genuinely touched that they trusted me with such precious jewellery, and it meant so much to me to be able to wear them on such an important day.

Our wedding rings will always be something incredibly special to us, but the kindness and generosity shown to us by Helen and Phil has made the whole experience even more meaningful.

Thank you both for being such a wonderful part of our wedding journey. ❤️ You didn’t just sell us our wedding rings — you helped make the memories surrounding them even more special.

I had an excellent experience at Ainsworth’s from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions over multiple trips to the shop and maintained communication regularly over phone and email between visits.

A lifetime ‘want’ for my wife was finally met . As fussy as what her needs were with regard to a particular ring , of a particular size , of a particular stone , of a particular shape , the staff were patient , understanding and very obliging .
The ring she was after was sourced by the experienced Ainsworth’s staff making one male attendee very happy ( as well as my wife).  Thank you all at Ainsworth’s .

We went to Ainsworth’s to buy wedding rings and got exceptional service. Yvonne’s engagement ring and a dress ring needed re sizing Helen and Phil certainly know what they are doing and the rings now fit perfectly. We would certainly advise customers to trust and feel reassured with their advice. Yvonne also took advantage of their kind offer of wearing a necklace and earring set, on our wedding day, loaned by Helen & Phil … the jewellery was beautiful and such a lovely touch for “something borrowed” . absolutely lovely owners who know what they are doing!!

went here to get a silver ring for my daughter-in-law and it was a delight, the lady who i spoke to was very kind and helpful, they checked her ring size, showed me what was available and even offered me drinks while i was there.
