This is the ONLY jewelers I go to now for any issues I have with my rings. They are always so lovely and helpful and they always make me feel so welcome in the store. I've had repairs done in the past here and the work is absolutely incredible. For anyone needing anything at all I would recommend coming here.

Bought a pre-loved gold ring with an amazing history behind it, lapis lazuli, as well as inscription from a wedding in a language I haven't seen before. I love my history as well as jewellery. This was a brilliant place too as well as good deals such as Christmas vouchers.

Had a wonderful experience at Ainsworth's repurposing a piece of jewellery. I inherited a gentleman's pinky ring, which had a deep set diamond. Knew it would never be worn so had it made into a stunning necklace. I had excellent guidance from Helen, Caroline and Phil. By the end of the process felt like I was part of the family, hence took my step son to get his engagement ring from them, for my new daughter in law. Also had my wedding stack dipped, amazing result.. Cannot recommend highly enough. Customer for life.

I can only say good things about the excellent customer service. Caroline went above and beyond when I wished to purchase earrings but I was unsure if the pearl colour would be right. Caroline sent a video and hygienically sealed the earrings incase I needed to return them. I would definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommend Ainsworth Jewellers, they have repaired two rings for us including a wedding band. They were professional from start to finish and the repair was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. We are very happy with the items.
