The dial has a very subtle ghosted matt on gloss MREW logo in the bottom half - it's one of those "if you know, you know" kind of details and we've fitted it with our practical EPDM rubber strap as standard. As a result of our constant search for functional enhancements, this new model is fitted with a sapphire crystal - the first time we've fitted a sapphire to a Canford. Designed in collaboration with Mountain Rescue England and Wales, the 202-012-R01 features a unique case back with deep-etched special edition Mountain Rescue emblem. For outstanding visibility, extra bold hour batons stand out on the dial, matched to bright white hands filled with green SuperLuminova and a fully luminised seconds hand for checking a pulse in low visibility. The inner timing bezel now features an over sized 12h triangular marker with an MREW inspired red outline.
